Xiaogan Rice Wine



Xiaogan Rice Wine is the most specail one of JIU TOU YING Restraurant, the taste is a little heavy. It is really good for health, it says.

Xiaogan is a famouse city of Hubei provice, China. As I know, most of the people there have hard working sprite. There are many workers in Beijing, working for the construction project. Xiaogan is famouse for the labor export in the construction Market of Beijing.

JIU TOU YING always offer one free rice wine to each coustomer.

Carp in Chilli Sauce


Carp in Chilli Sauce (Ganshaoliyu in Chinese saying), is another special of JIU TOU YING Restaurant. I could cook this one at home after I taste several times in the restaurant. It becomes one of my cook special at home now.

Vegetable balls soup


Vegetable balls soup is My most like delicious in Jiu Tou Ying Restaurant, Sanyanqiao subbranch, Beijing.
It is cooked with spinach ball and port soup stock. I prefer the soup stock.

Henan Huimian is famouse in Beijing and all over China, especially Nanyang huimian which is in southwest of Hennan. But we can not find a real local taste in Beijing till today, so I sometime try myself at home when we have a long holiday.

Tradional Chinese Wine



I like both the bottle of wine and the bowl, I usually try one bowl of Chinese white wine with my evening meal these days.

The wine in the bottle is not the first one like the brand name, I use this bottle save kinds of with I like. MAOXIANGGONG, one is produced in Maitaizheng, Cuizhong provnice, with 40%VOL, tasts good.

Penpen Xia-cooked by Darren

Penpen Xia(spice shrimp) is a kind of shrimp taste, with Sichuan spice stytle.

The endive sprout under the shrimp is also tase so nice!

Darren likes tase this one with steamd bread at any free weekend.
